We want you to love your Xirena pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a small restocking fee may apply to processed returns.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a mailer of your choice, ensuring all original hangtags are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
